Residential

The new era begins here.

Reimagining how new development and multifamily assets are positioned, marketed, and leased or sold.

Lobby Residential transforms the way new development and multifamily communities are introduced to the market through strategic branding, intelligent positioning, and performance-driven marketing.

Legacy practice, meet modern expectation.

New development and multifamily marketing has long relied on outdated systems and transactional leasing and sales strategies. Today's buyers and renters expect more, and forward-thinking developers demand marketing that reflects the quality of their assets.

Lobby Residential bridges legacy practices with modern expectations, aligning brand, strategy, and performance to elevate perception and accelerate both leasing and sales.

Our perspective is informed by extensive experience in high-value real estate sales, providing a deep understanding of how assets compete, perform, and succeed in dynamic markets. This foundation allows us to approach multifamily marketing with both strategic insight and commercial precision.

The Shipyard Lennar & FivePoint Master-planned repositioning & regional campaign

For the redevelopment of San Francisco's historic Hunters Point Shipyard, Lennar and FivePoint engaged Lobby to drive the remaining sales of a 767-home community set within 13.5 acres of parks. We repositioned the brand with a new campaign, Your Story Starts Here, backed by a regional media plan, billboards, and social strategy, closing out all remaining townhomes.

72 Townsend KB Home New development sales & marketing

One of the nation's largest homebuilders entrusted Lobby with the final third of its 74-home South Beach community, including three signature penthouses. Through a disciplined sales and marketing program, we closed out the project at record-setting prices.

Hawkins Lennar Lease-up relaunch & social strategy

Lennar turned to Lobby to relaunch its 174-unit Treasure Island community, which was struggling to gain traction. A fresh content strategy built to engage first-time renters took Hawkins from a handful of leases to fully leased in just six months.

The team

Chris Lim

Chris was born into real estate and has spent his career shaping what the industry looks like at the highest level. He has led Christie's International Real Estate and REMAX, with an early foundation in brand and advertising at Grey. He knows brokerage, growth, brand, and the business behind the business. He also skis hard, plays harder tennis, and has never met a building he didn't want to understand.

Stacey Zaloom

Stacey has spent more than 25 years making luxury real estate look, feel, and perform better. Her career began in communications at Burson Marsteller before she moved into staging and positioning high end homes, where instinct, presentation, and market psychology all matter. Today, she brings that same eye to creative direction. Marketing, design, skiing, and raising 2 teenagers. Usually in that order.

Danielle Garofalo

Danielle has built her career around one question: what makes one business impossible to ignore while another gets lost in the market? She advises some of the most accomplished brokerages, teams, agents, and developers in real estate on brand, positioning, growth, and market strategy. Her agent and team clients alone have collectively represented more than $100 billion in residential sales, while her broader work has spanned IBM, Disney, BlackRock, Christie's Private Jewelry, Rockefeller Group, and some of the most recognized names in real estate. She sees the gap, finds the opportunity, and builds the strategy to move the business forward.

Barndi Kim

Barndi knows how to make creative work happen. She began as a VJ for MTV Korea and went on to spend 15 years leading social strategy for film, building a career around culture, content, production, and execution. She keeps complex projects moving, people aligned, and details from falling through the cracks. Equal parts creative instinct and operational discipline, with very little patience for chaos that doesn't need to exist.

David Yu

David sees real estate differently because he understands it from both sides of the lens. Chicago born and licensed in California and Illinois, he brings a real estate professional's eye to photography, composition, architecture, and place. He is not simply documenting a property. He is capturing what makes it worth noticing, and what makes the surrounding community part of the story.
